Section 234
Sale of dangerous drugs not to be distributed
(1) According to the law, the person authorized to sell and distribute medicine shall not sell or distribute any narcotic, poisonous or dangerous medicine that has a serious effect on the human body without the recommendation of a person licensed to treat it.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with a fine which may extend to twenty thousand rupees.
